Syvondia "Vonda" Bailey is the managing partner of the Law Office of Vonda Bailey. Vonda's agressive yet thorough work ethic and passion for the law makes her an exceptional advocate for our clients. During her law school years, Vonda interned for the Honorable Judge Martin Hoffman at the 68th Judicial District Court. Through this internship opportunity, Vonda learned a plethora of knowledge about civil litigation.
Vonda was raised in Dallas, Texas and attended David W. Carter High School. She earned both her bachelors and masters degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. Vonda received her law degree from Texas Southern University's Thurgood Marshall School of Law in 2014. Vonda successfully sat for the Texas Bar Exam prior to completing law school, which is something few lawyers have ever done.
Vonda Bailey has proven herself to be a force to be reckoned with in the courtroom. In fact, the slogans "No More Drama with Vonda" and "Pit Bull in a skirt" describe her accurately. Vonda has successfully persuaded a court to reconsider and overturn its ruling which vacated protective orders, numerous victories in suits to modify prior court orders, including awards of child custody and increases and decreases in child support, as well as negotiating hefty settlements with insurance companies. Furthermore, Vonda has also found success outside of the courtroom where she is able to use her strong and persuasive negotiation skills to ensure that her clients' voices are heard and legally put an end to their legal drama. Vonda has represented a variety of clients including small business owners, professional athletes, and corporate executives.
During her spare time, Vonda enjoys playing golf, traveling, and attending local networking events.
